• Customer ID
• Original Certificate Needed
• Attestation Certificate Application

Steps

1. Fill in the service application and submit it with the required attachments
2. Reviewing the certificate by the concerned section in the Assessment Department
3. Issuance of equivalence statement when conditions are met and fees are paid
