Documents required

1. Original certificate of the building completion (from municipality) if the land is residential, commercial or industrial.
2. Agricultural report from the Directorate of Town Planning and Survey.
3. Official map.
4. Identity card, and copies of passport and family book.

Fees

Payment of ownership fees (fees will be calculated as per the district, location and area).
